I was in the position of selling a home and coordinating an estate sale but did not live in town. Peggy made the entire process smooth & efficient from start to finish during a challenging time. The home & property needed attention, including a full clean out. Peggy coordinated the contractor. We needed a quick estate sale, and Peggy found the right team. Everything stayed on schedule under her guidance. When new issues cropped up, she was ready with a solution. When we were able to get the home listed, and it was under contract in 2 weeks very close to list price! She also located the right people to tie up inspectors requests. Peggy helped us purchase our first home in the middle of the buying spree in 2020. When I changed jobs, there was no question on who we wanted to help us. Peggy is the very best. She was honest, kind, always ready to help us and incredibly patient. We needed someone who knows the market and was always ready to listen and send us in the right direction. Peggy knew when I was starting to or was feeling overwhelmed and always put us first.
